We work with our clients based on 3 models, completely anonymously, as if we were part of your local team:
- Project-by-project
Some of our smaller clients, and also client's who don't offer online as a core service prefer to use us on a project by project basis. We can either be utilised from design right through to implementation, or purely during the implementation stage. We can also offer on-going services such as website management, search engine optimisation and PPC management to agencies on a one off basis for their clients. We try to be as flexible as possible for these clients and provide help/support where possible. - Dedicated team members
Some agencies use us to beef up their development team, taking advantage of our experienced professionals, and the difference in UK vs Indian wages. We can provide designers, developers (covering html, xhtml, php, .NET and utilising a range of CMS), search engine specialists, 2D/3D animators and PPC Google qualified professionals to name but a few. These members of our team work solely on our clients accounts, and we provide an account manager to manage them on your behalf, making it so easy to implement and manage on a day to day basis. We also guarantee that if we don't have someone in-house with the skills you need we can source someone, and bring them on-board to work for you as part of our fees.
We focus on procedures and working as part of a client's team to make these relationships work, and we have never failed to add value to a client's staff. - Full online department
Some clients who have identified online as a service to take advantage of use us as a full service online department to provide services to their clients that they otherwise couldn't. It's a big commitment to employ enough members of a team in the UK to completely service a client's online account, so tasking us with the job of assembling a team to work on your behalf saves not only a lot of time and effort, but can also be less than half the investment.
